Tariff & Details

£90 per night for a one night stay.

£80 per night for two nights.

£75 per night for three or more nights.

Rates are based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room.

Single occupancy from £70 per night and all include full English breakfast.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

If less than fourteen days notice is given, the deposit which is equal to the cost of the first night stay is non refundable. On all refundable deposits there is a 5% administration charge. (Holiday Insurance is inexpensive and recommended).

Arrival and departure

CHECK-IN is from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.This is flexible with prior arrangement with Ferncliffe Bed & Breakfast.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served at 8.30am, it is often possible to have it a little earlier if you need an early start, this can be discussed the night before.

Parking

We have limited parking to the rear of the house, and parking is permitted on the roadside to the front of the property.

Drying facilities are available. We can arrange to dry your wet clothes and boots if the weather has been unkind.

If you are planning on bringing bicycles, you are welcome to store them in the garage at the back of the house. We advise you bring locks for your own security.

An iron and ironing board can also be supplied on request.
